People with Reduced Mobility (PRM)


For a smoother experience and to ensure you receive optimal assistance for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility, we advise you to communicate your specific requirements directly to your airline either during the booking process or by contacting their call center. Make sure you inform them of your needs, including wheelchair assistance, at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Should you fail to do so, Mohammed V airport and its partners will do their utmost to provide you with the assistance you require and the best possible quality of service.

The airport also provides passengers with reduced mobility with equipment and services adapted to offer you the best possible service:

  • Dedicated car parking spaces with appropriate signage
  • Access ramps
  • Signage, orientation and information
  • Dedicated toilet blocks
  • Elevators
  • Dedicated Border Police (PAF) counters
  • Conveyor belts for arrivals 


  • Dedicated seats with plugs for recharging electronic devices
  • Telescopic bridge elevators

In addition, all commercial areas at the airport are accessible to passengers without any physical constraints.
