Certifications
Mohammed V airport relies on an organization that reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the quality of services provided. Thus, the efforts made have enabled the airport to obtain the following certifications:
- ISO 9001 v 2015 since 2018 " ISO 9001 v 2008 " (renewed every year since);
- ISO 14001 v 2015 since 2018 "ISO 14001 v 2004 (February 2013)" (renewed every year since);
- AHA accreditation since December 23, 2020;
- Carbon level 2 accreditation since 2022;
- ICAO Aerodrome Certificate 2022.
