AGADIR AL MASSIRA AIRPORT
The project aims to increase capacity from 1.4 million passengers/year (after Quick wins) to 4.4 million passengers/year, for an investment of 1,492 MDH.
The development project consists of:
- Terminal building :
- Building expansion via a 45 000 m² passenger terminal extension;
- Redevelopment of the existing 25 000 m² terminal;
- Exterior development to double the capacity of the parking lot (2 400 spaces).
The extension and redevelopment of the existing terminal will enable the airport modules to be positioned as follows:

- Basement level: Baggage Handling System
- Ground floor: international and domestic check-in, PAF, international and domestic arrival and baggage delivery
- Ground floor + 1: International disembarkation
- Ground floor+2: International boarding area and departure PAF
- Airside infrastructure :
Extension of the 47 000 m² aircraft parking area to reach 22 aircraft positions and a new connecting ramp to enable aircraft parking by 2040.
