The Baggage trolleys are available at the customs controlled “Arrival” zone, at the “Departure” hall and at the car parking.

Carriers are also at your service to help you.

To provide optimal comfort for travelers, Fez Saiss Airport’s Terminal is equipped with air conditioning system.

The Terminal premises have cafeterias, which are open according to the flights schedule.

Two prayer rooms are located at 1^st floor of the Public Hall and the boarding hall as well.

To secure your luggage, you can use the protective packaging. The laminator is available at Public Hall.

Placed in different areas of the terminal, display screens will provide you with all the flights information.

Common toilets as well as toilets dedicated to persons with specific needs are available in the terminal.

In case of loss or problems with your luggage, the “Baggage Litigation” service will handle the search and contact you for restitution.

The smoking area is located at customs controlled "Departure" Hall, next to “Hudson” Kiosk and at the esplanade towards the city.
