The airport has an arrivals area including 3 spaces: one dedicated to passengers with Moroccan passports, another for passengers with foreign passports, and a space dedicated to the Fast Track service. For your convenience, we work around the clock to ensure that you pass through the emigration area in less than 30 minutes.

Baggage reclaim

Once in the baggage claim area, locate your flight's carousel using the dedicated notice board in the area.

In the event of lost or damaged baggage, please refer to your airline's baggage claim service indicated in the area for further information.

Customs

Passage through Moroccan Customs takes place at the exit of the baggage delivery area. Two circuits are available: the green circuit if you are not carrying any goods to be declared, and the red circuit if you are.
Also, please respect the quantitative thresholds and allowances granted to you for entry into Morocco.
If you exceed the authorized thresholds, you must declare your goods or values to customs.

Exit to the public hall

The airport has two exits, one at Terminal 1 and the other at Terminal 2.
Meeting points are clearly displayed in both terminals.

Connectivity with Casablanca and other Moroccan cities

To get to your final destination, you can use the following transport options:

  • Cab service (link to price list): Service available to Casablanca and other Moroccan cities (Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Mohammedia, Fez...);
  • Trains: rail services are also available from the train station, accessible from the arrivals hall: please visit www.oncf.ma for information on connections, timetables and fares. The station has ticket offices and self-service terminals.
  • Special shuttles: special shuttles can be arranged by your travel agencies or accommodation establishments. Stops are signposted at the arrival esplande.
  • Rental cars: You can rent your vehicle from the car rental agencies available at the airport (see list in the Shops section).
