Administrative procedures

Allocations :

Land occupancy agreements are elaborated for the benefit of industrialists presenting a simplified folder including :

• 1 land allocation request specifying activity and surface area requested
• 1 questionnaire – provided by ONDA properly filled up by the investor
• 1 presentation note of the activity
• 1 copy of company’s statute
• 1 certificate from trade registers 
• 1 certificate of tax identification
• 1 powers delegation from board of directors to the managing director
• 1 photocopy of the ID card of the managing director

As soon as the agreement is signed, the land location and surface area are given by mutual agreement between the ONDA and the industrialist according to his specific needs.
A topographic plan is given to him for the constitution of his technical dossier.

Administrative permit :

The technical dossier, put together by the industrialist or his project superintendent, is submitted to the ONDA in order to fulfill the administrative formalities granting construction permit

Supply :

Airport Mohammed V Technopolis networks are managed by the ONDA which treats plug-ins requests directly and facilitates their achievement.

Surface areas and tariffs :

Minimum rental surface area : 2000 M² – 21 527, 82 ft²
Rent's rates :

• 40 DH / M ² / Year for surfaces lower than 10 000 M² – 107 639,10 ft²
• 25/DH / M ² / Year for surfaces higher or equal to 10 000 M² – 107 639,10 ft²
