Located on the Kingdom’s main airport’s platform, Nouasseur Aeropole offers a favorable environment to production activities, services and training. This site offers diversified means of transportation – train, truck and plane – placing different production units at two hours away from Europe, in addition to the whole necessary conveniences allowing a company to focus on its development.
Nouasseur Aeropole is structured into six poles :
- Aircraft industries pole : A park completely dedicated to aircraft industry. A flagship and pole of excellence intended for companies operating in the aeronautical field, supervised by their subcontractors in an environment which stimulates productive synergies.
- Aeronautical services pole : A pole for business, training and research in aeronautics.
- Industrial pole : A pole for industrial activities reserved to the innovating and nonpolluting units.
- Training pole : This space includes Mohammed VI International Academy for Civil aviation which ensures training for technicians, controllers and aeronautical engineers. Among the projects under study is the carrying out of an institute for training aircraft industries technicians. Other leading-edge technology training units will be created on this area.
- “READY TO OUTPUT” space : Industrial production space “ready to use” intended for aircraft industry and made up of 1200 m² production sites structured into 200m² units which are equipped with all necessary utilities – electricity, water, air conditioners and data-processing network, allowing to set-up production machines in 24 hours.
- “READY FOR SERVICES” space : “ready to use” spaces intended to accommodate companies with services related to aircraft industry and innovating sectors. It consists of buildings designed according to intelligent construction concept allowing to have immediately versatile cabled offices – surfaces are 100, 200 and 300 m². This space benefits also from shared services: cleaning, security, training class-rooms, meeting rooms, copy-center…
