Visitors’ access procedure
People’s access :
Visitor's access permits are delivered free of charge to people passing through freight air terminal for a given visit, which really requires access to freight area, and for 12 hours maximum.
Permits applicants must contact ONDA’s visitors access permits department, located at the “freight” air terminal’s main entrance, and provide documents justifying the access request with a valid identity paper.
After coordination with the Royal Gendarmerie, the applicant will receive two counterfoil vouchers of the information notebook mentioning his first and last name, his national identity card number or any other admissible official document –passport, driving license – number of the given license, date and hour of license handing-over, as well as the access reason.
Vehicles Access :
Vehicle's Access is under condition of presenting to ONDA’s freight visitor's departement of access permits, a merchandise issue slip. After coordination with Royal Gendarmerie and customs authority, ONDA’s person in charge of freight visitors access permits department will take note of the vehicle's license plates number on a register intended for this purpose.
