ONDA has set up special facilities and equipments specifically for reduced mobility passengers’ reception - RMP -:

  • Access ramps;
  • Doors;
  • Counters;
  • Staircases;
  • Elevators;
  • Restrooms;
  • Telephones;
  • Automatic devices and other installations;
  • Road marking;
  • Car park;
  • Public Hall;
  • Fire security;
  • Safety.

Most airline companies offer RMP a special assistance service as accompanying staff to facilitate boarding and landing and wheelchairs in terminals and surrounding areas.

Majority of Moroccan airports are equipped with wheelchair ramps and offer specialized vehicles and lifting platforms when escalators are unavailable.
