Human resources image improvement is a strategic choice aiming at facing air navigation safety requirements and the needs for the continuous development.

A steady effort will be put into human factor professional development pursuit.

In addition to various trainings, -air traffic control, aviation maintenance, airport safety and management-, provided at Mohammed VI International Civil aviation Academy, ONDA is considering setting up a civil aviation engineering major to strengthen its potential training in technical trades  requiring high skills.

These actions will keep pace with consequent politics implementation facilitating entire staff motivation and social blooming. 
 
Meeting strategic objectives all depends on the company’s internal and external acting environment.
 Internally,  ONDA will unite entire staff around  objectives and  shared values having the backing up of a real corporate culture.  External communication will be given particular care to create and maintain a benefecial environment for ONDA’s actions.
